When we get overwhelmed it`s usually because we`re trying to take on too many things at once! I know that`s been the case for me lately. And sadly this world is crazy so most of us don`t have the luxury of having nothing to do… but we can control what we focus on!
I learnt a good tip for coping with anxiety I wanted to share. They said to just take things one thing at a time. Like, okay I have this big project to do at work. That`s scary. But first all I have to do is wake up. Then all I have to do is eat breakfast. Okay, next all I have to do is switch on the computer. Everything just in small bite size steps, and try not to think too far ahead!
I`m trying it this week and I`ve already found it very helpful so hopefully it can help someone else out too :•) sending much love, and I hope wherever you are you can take time to slow down, and just do one thing at a time. It`s going to be okay :•} ❤️

Life is crazy and it`s easy to forget….But drop a text to ask if they`re okay when we haven`t seen or heard from them for while. 📱 It could mean the world to them!
When we`re struggling mentally, we can often feel alone in our feelings and like nobody cares. So a simple text, meme or silly gif from a friend could help someone feel loved and less alone! 🫂🥺

i really love creating cute scenes in animal crossing and I find watching the villagers tootle about so relaxing and I thought why not share them with others too! I watch these kind of videos constantly while I`m working, baking or just chilling out 😌
